20 lb. turkey for $1.81 – Publix deals

Here is my Publix trip from Friday.  I was super excited to use the $10 off any Turkey coupon as Publix had turkeys on sale for $0.59/lb. and had many Kraft items on BOGO as well.

Here is how my order broke down:

Total: $86.58

-$38.51 in coupons

I paid $48.07

The 20 lb. turkey was $11.81 so after $10 coupon I only paid $1.81 for it.

The 12 Kraft items I bought were:

• 4 Cool whip – BOGO at $0.83/ea = $3.32
• 6 Cream cheese – $1.25/ea. = $7.50
• 2 Ritz crackers  BOGO at $1.54 ea. = $3.08 (-$1.00/2 coupon)

So the turkey plus 12 Kraft products at sale price were $25.71 – I paid $14.71.  Since I would have bought those Kraft items anyways the $10 turkey coupon was a great deal for me.  I just might go back and buy another one tomorrow. :)
