Target&#39;s 800 # and they said that normally they are supposed to accept a manufacturers coupon on top of the web coupon...the person whom I spoke with said that once in a while there might be a team leader at the Target...once in a while there may be a manufacturers coupon that may say not to combine with other offers...she said sometimes the verbage can be sticky and their policies are noted on their website...I still have to check that...but it sounds like to her that it should have been accepted.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7645398306482683526.post-34239790705380768502009-01-25T01:10:00.000-05:002009-01-25T01:10:00.000-05:00Anon,<br>So sorry about the Special K deal.
