You didn't do anything wrong - some cashiers won't or don't know how to adjust a coupon down. You could try ask for a manager but some managers might refuse too. If you want to try again ask for a manager next time and ask that they just adjust the coupon down to the price of the item.

Wal-mart can not be very friendly to couponers sometimes.

WMT wouldn't let me use the coupons that were more than the value of the item. For example, if the KY was $2.57, they wouldn't let me use a $3 coupon since it was more than the item's price. I went to the Neighborhood Walmart and also tried to buy some non-coupon items on the same receipt so it wouldn't think it would owe me money, but the computer wouldn't let the coupons work. What did I do wrong???

You can use the $3.00/1 snuggle coupon @ Dollar General or Fareway and get the liquid for free. I've used it at both. It's $3.00 per bottle.

Hi -- In the flier I just received from Walmart last night they have the Tombstone pizzas for $2.50 -- I don't remember which paper it was but I have a coupon for $1.50 off one making them only a $1. I'm a novice but that's pretty good to us!
