Here's the basic rundown of how Swagbucks TV works:

-Go to swagbucks.com (signup for an account if you haven’t already) – then click on “Swagbucks TV” on the left hand side.

- Choose something to watch from the thousands of videos available in categories like Entertainment, Food, Fashion & Beauty and Homes & Gardens - each channel features content from different providers and can educate and entertain you while you earn.

- As you watch videos, the SBTV meter at the top right of the screen fills up.  After 10 videos, it will reach 100% and you will earn 3 Swag Bucks, with an overall cap of 150 Swag Bucks each day.

Swagbucks 101 – part 3

Another great way to increase your swagbucks earnings is to make sure you do ALL your searches through swagbucks on Fridays!  Every Friday is Mega Swag Bucks Day, which means you have better odds of winning BIG Swag Bucks denominations - up to 10,000 in one search!

I usually earn some swagbucks larger than normal (up to 50 sometimes!) just by making sure to do any searches through the toolbar on Fridays.  (I have never earned 10,000 though! :)

Swagbucks 101 – part 2

If you missed the part 1, go here to read it.

More ways you can earn swagbucks:

1.  Enter your birthday on swagbucks.com.  You will automatically get on your birthday!

2. Answer the daily poll question each day to earn 1 swagbuck.  On swagbucks.com, on the right hand side, click on “Daily polls.”  There will be a simple multiple choice question you can answer.  It takes just a few seconds!

3. Refer people to join swagbucks by using your referral link.  When you are logged in to your account at swagbucks.com, click on the “promote” tab at the top of the page.  Then you can choose to copy a banner or text to post in emails, or share on social media accounts. When someone joins swagbucks using your referral link, you will get 1 swagbuck for every swagbuck that they earn up till 1000 swagbucks! This is one of the fastest ways to accumulate swagbucks!

Swagbucks 101 – part 1 – get 50 bucks just for signing up now through Labor Day!

For those of you who might never have heard of swagbucks, or signed up it but don’t know how to really use it, I plan to share a series of posts to help you! 

I want you to LOVE IT just like me (and like many of you out there!) because of all the FREE gift cards you can earn just for searching the internet!

So today, let me introduce swagbucks to you. 

Swagbucks is an online portal (or search engine) dedicated to helping you earn digital dollars called "Swag Bucks".  You can then redeem those “swag bucks for exclusive merchandise including giftcards!

So here is how you get started:

1. Go here to sign up for a swagbucks account.  (You can only have 1 account per household.  But you can use that one account at work and at multiple computers.)

2.  Then I would suggest downloading the swagbucks toolbar.  (You can find the link to do that at the top of the page under “toolbar”)  They have all kinds of different options depending on what type of internet browser you use.  If you don’t download the toolbar or have swagbucks set as the default search engine you will need to go to swagbucks.com, and then type whatever you are searching for in the search box to enable you to earn swagbucks by searching the internet.

3.  Start searching and start earning swagbucks!  With my blogging and couponing (and my husbands car info searches :) I earn 5-20 swagbucks a day just by using the toolbar or swagbucks.com to search.  I also use my swagbuck account at work so any searching I do there also can earn me swagbucks! 

4.  You won’t earn swagbucks for every search but you will win them randomly – so maybe on your 8th search you win 10 swagbucks, then on the very next search you earn 3 swagbucks, etc.  But the more you use it, the more you earn. :)

4.  You can even use the toolbar (or swagbucks.com) to go to all your favorite pages (like yahoo, google reader, Centsible Savings :) – just type “yahoo” in the search box instead of typing www.yahoo.com in the address box.  Every search you do gets you closer to earning swagbucks.

Here’s the best part, you automatically get 30 swagbucks when you sign up for the first time.  But when you enter code CentsibleSaves (copy the code exactly!) you can get an another extra 20 swagbucks when you sign up using this link TODAY though LABOR DAY for 50 swagbucks total!
