Preview of next week at CVS - get ready now for a free photobook after ECB's!

Next week at CVS there will be this free after ECB deal:

Buy a 6 x8 hardcover Photobook for $7.99, get $7.99 ECB (limit 1)
(be on the lookout at your CVS for any coupons they might have near the photo center for photo bookas - last year we were able to find some!)

These photo books make great gifts or would make a great way to compile all your summer vacation pictures in one book and for FREE at that!

So start looking through your pictures and deciding what you want to do your book on. I have also included a video at the end of this post to help explain how the Kodak program works. Or you could check out the Kodak kiosk at your store while you are there this week so you will know what to expect.

  2. I found a scan of the weekly ad and it says 10 pages. I don't know if that means 10 pictures or 20 (front to back) etc.

  3. The photo book has 10 pages and they are only printed on 1 side. But one of those pages is the front page that shows through the cover - so you will only have 1 picture on that page in the center that will show through as the cover of your book. From what I can remember on the other 9 pages you could put up to 6 pictures on a page but if you did put 6 pictures they would be somewhat small. So you are looking at 50 pictures max. and probably a few less if you wanted larger pictures on each page. Hope that helps. I did these last year - made 2 of them and it does take a little while even if you have your picture pre-planned out. You can add text and different things to the pages as well so that can take a while. I would plan at least 20-30 minutes to do a basic book and if you are going to caption each picture/page it could take longer. But it is worth it in my opinion!

You will need them on some sort of portable media device - cd, memory card or junkdrive. I would save the ones you want on one of these (actually making it easier for you than me since I have to sort through all mine that are on my memory card still) and then take it to the store. Check with your local store to see if there are more media storage devices you are able to use.
