    I have tried this a zillion times and it will let me fill out the form but when it gets down to where I have to click the "I understand..blah blah blah" boxes, it won't go and the curser vanishes. Therefore, I can't enter and I have no idea why!! Any ideas?? Anyone else have this happen??
