$5.00 Publix gift card rebate

Publix has a new rebate available –
Buy 5 Kelloggs, Keebler, Sunshine, or Eggo products, get back $5.00 Publix gift card by mail.
Here are all the details:
Get a $5 Publix Gift Card when you buy any FIVE Kellogg's®, Keebler®, Sunshine® and/orEggo® brands and return the mail-in form with cash register receipt.
Five products must be purchased between 8/7/2010 - 8/27/2010 at Publix Stores. Products must be 4 oz. or larger, mix or match, any flavor.  Products must be purchased in a single transaction. Original cash register receipt required.

  1. the rebate form did not show up

  2. The rebate form is not coming up on the Kellogg's website anymore.

    Not sure why?

    Maybe check with your local store to see if they have any rebate forms.
