While the purpose of my blog is to keep you updated with the latest deals, that is not my purpose in life. Bargain hunting can be a lot of fun, and of course it is a great help to our finances, but snagging even the greatest of deals will never satisfy our souls. Jesus said, "I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst." John 6:35 The salvation that Christ offers is the only true way to experience joy, peace, and fulfillment. We also find in the Word of God that "man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God." Nothing that we can do, whether it be entertainment, hobbies, or even bargain hunting, will ever bring us true satisfaction. Our lives should be characterized by a steady walk with the Lord as we read His Word each day and spend time alone with Him in prayer. It is through this relationship with God that we find sustenance for our daily lives.

With this in mind, I have decided to introduce this new element to my blog. Every Sunday I will share a short praise, exhortation, or Bible verse, or a link to a message from God's Word.
For this week, I thought I'd share the link to the entire sermon archives from my church's website. I'm sure you'll find the messages to be a blessing.

Feel free to link in and share what the Lord is doing in your life! You can grab the code for the button at the top of this post, and add your name and url to the Mr. Linky below.
